Our organization is looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior FPGA Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of FPGA designs from concept to production, including IP integration, validation, IP core, timing closure, and simulation testing.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement FPGA designs from initial concept to production.
- Perform IP integration, validation, and IP core.
- Ensure timing closure for all designs.
- Conduct simulation testing to evaluate the performance and functionality of designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve design issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation for designs, including specifications, test plans, and design flow.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Stay updated with the latest FPGA design technologies and industry trends.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FPGA design and development.
- Proficiency in IP integration, validation, IP core, timing closure, and simulation testing.
- Strong knowledge of FPGA design tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the Tech Services industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and mentorship.
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
