My client in San Francisco is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer! This is 100% remote.

We are the unified guide to the world of streaming shows & movies, with the ability to track & initiate all your content across 150+ streaming sources from a single interface. We currently has over 2 million monthly users across their various consumer applications (TVs, android, iOS, and web) and many enterprise data customers from ViacomCBS, Tubi and more. Reelgood has a distributed team of around 40 people around the world and is based in San Francisco with offices in Victoria, BC and Quito, Ecuador. We are results oriented, innovative, consumer focused, and flexible. We have a fully remote culture and communicate constantly on Meets and via Slack.

Job Details
- Experience as a Staff or Principal or Lead software engineer with 6-10 years experience working professionally with a focus on front end web development.
- Leadership experience, either as a manager or “player-coach” role.
- Has seen engineering teams grow and evolve. Worked at scale and can help us scale.
- Confident and self-sufficient with different technologies, languages and frameworks in all layers of the web stack, from front-end to basic back-end. Including but not limited to
- Self-awareness, a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and empathy.
- Experience with modern browser technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively to improve processes, products, and impact business KPIs
- Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers and Designers to inform roadmap decisions, create estimates and suggest alternative solutions to improve products and processes
