Job Details

Responsibilities:

As a Full Stack Engineer, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
2. Building and maintaining robust, efficient, scalable, and reusable code.
3. Developing front-end website architecture and back-end website applications.
4. Designing and developing APIs.
5. Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software.
6. Ensuring responsiveness of applications and maintaining code integrity and organization.
7. Meeting both technical and consumer needs.
8. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
9. Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
10. Working closely with the product team to understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Full Stack Engineer position should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or similar role.
2. Proven experience with Elixir, React, Tailwind, Postgres, MySQL, or equivalent technologies.
3. Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and algorithms.
4. Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
5. Experience in software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, coupled with effective communication abilities.
7. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8. Experience with cloud-based platforms and services is a plus.
9. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
10. Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively.
11. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
12. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
