Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system performance testing
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
- Respond to service calls and occasional emergency maintenance requests
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and support field teams
- Maintain accurate service documentation and work orders
- Communicate system issues and solutions with customers and internal teams
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and electrical components
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical drawings
- Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver’s license and strong commitment to safety
