The successful candidate will have experience drafting coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage disputes related to a range of topics (environmental claims, sex abuse claims, discrimination claims, public school claims, ERISA etc. construction defect or first party property) This position offers a competitive salary structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
