A bit about us:
We are a AM 200 law firm who is currently seeking an experienced a senior associate with strong credentials to join our expanding Labor and Employment practice in our Los Angeles office. An ideal candidate will have five to eight years of experience in employment counseling and litigation, including wage and hour class actions, as well as single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination cases Candidates must have superior research and motion drafting abilities, proficiency in taking and defending depositions, and trial and/or trial preparation experience. Restrictive covenant and traditional labor experience are a plus. This is an opportunity to join and collaborate with a growing national practice group. Candidates must be admitted to practice in the State of California.

Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a strong focus on litigation and traditional labor law.
4. Exceptional knowledge of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations.
5. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in labor and employment litigation matters.
6. Excellent negotiation skills with a proactive, pragmatic approach to legal issues.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
