Job Details
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Trial Attorney (Business Litigation) will possess the following qualifications:
1. JD from an accredited law school and an active member in good standing with the state bar.
2. Minimum of three (5) years of experience in business litigation, with specific experience in real property and employment litigation.
3. Demonstrated trial experience, including first chair trial experience.
4. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
