About the role: We are a litigation boutique representing contractors, business owners, and property owners across Southern California. Core areas are construction, business, and real estate litigation. This is a senior role for someone who can step in on day one, take ownership of a caseload, and run files end-to-end without supervision.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage an active caseload across construction, business, and/or real estate litigation
  • Handle all phases: pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, hearings, arbitration, and trial
  • Develop case strategy and advise clients directly
  • Work with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently
  • Build long-term client relationships

Qualifications:
  • Active California Bar license in good standing
  • Minimum 10 years of civil litigation experience (construction litigation strongly preferred)
  • Trial or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel
  • Ability to independently manage a full caseload from intake to resolution
  • Experience in at least one core area: construction, business, or real estate litigation
