Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney to manage a diverse litigation caseload and play a key role in developing case strategy, client relationships, and successful outcomes.

Responsibilities
Manage cases from inception through trial, mediation, arbitration, or settlement
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation-related documents
Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to drive case progress
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff
Stay current on evolving laws, regulations, and legal trends
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar membership
7+ years of litigation experience with demonstrated case management responsibility
Strong motion practice, legal writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
Experience handling mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation
Ability to independently manage a substantial caseload while maintaining exceptional client service
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
