Responsibilities:
As a Senior Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant. Your duties will include:
1. Overseeing and managing all maintenance operations within the plant, including HVAC systems, boilers, and other machinery.
2. Implementing and maintaining preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment.
3. Developing and implementing strategies to improve the performance and reliability of plant assets.
4. Coordinating with other departments to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
5. Leading and inspiring a team of maintenance technicians, providing them with the necessary training and support.
6. Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
7. Managing maintenance budgets and controlling costs.
8. Liaising with suppliers and contractors, ensuring the timely delivery of parts and services.
9. Continuously analyzing maintenance processes and procedures for continuous improvement.
10. Creating and presenting regular performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
3. A minimum of 5 years' experience in plant engineering, with a focus on maintenance management.
4. Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, boilers, and other plant machinery.
5. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating a team.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
9. A strong commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of safety regulations and quality standards.
10. Proficiency in using maintenance management software.
