Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager of Social to join our team. This is a permanent role that will be responsible for leading our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and leveraging data and analytics to drive marketing plan performance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in video scripting and editing, copywriting, and managing social media calendars. This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership position within the social media field.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business goals.
  • Lead the creation of engaging content for our social media platforms, including video scripting and editing, copywriting, and daily content creation.
  • Manage our social media calendar, ensuring that our content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
  • Use data and analytics to understand our marketing plan performance, test results, and profitability. Use this information to make informed decisions about our social media strategy.
  • Maintain a strong online presence for our brand, responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, ensuring that our brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams to ensure our brand consistency.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years corporate marketing (B2B + B2C).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within social media.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing social media strategies.
  • Strong experience in video scripting and editing, copywriting, and daily content creation.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to drive decision making.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and how they can be leveraged for marketing purposes.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
