Job Details
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
Project Management certification (PMP, Six Sigma, Agile) strongly preferred
Minimum 8 years of experience in operations, project management, or related leadership roles
Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional, enterprise-level projects
Skilled in developing charters, timelines, and risk assessments
Proven ability to define team roles and support organizational structure
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management
The day-to-day asks:
Comfortable in high-growth or scaling company environment
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of operational projects across departments
Define project scope, KPIs, milestones, and timelines
Manage weekly status meetings and C-level updates
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, finance, product, and leadership
Identify and address project bottlenecks and propose efficient solutions
Develop SOPs, workflows, and communication protocols
Implement and maintain dashboards, project trackers, and reporting systems
Introduce Six Sigma, Agile, or PMP best practices
Guide teams in execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
