Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of associates and managers in executing R&D tax credit studies
  • Oversee client engagements, including high-level interviews and technical discussions
  • Conduct quality reviews across all phases of R&D projects
  • Monitor team performance metrics and ensure timely project delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational workflows and project efficiency
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for team inquiries and client support
  • Drive training initiatives and support professional development across the team

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area of study
  • 5+ years R&D project management experience
  • 2+ years personnel management experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with client-facing consulting in tax or financial services
