Job Details
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Lead and mentor a team of associates and managers in executing R&D tax credit studies
- Oversee client engagements, including high-level interviews and technical discussions
- Conduct quality reviews across all phases of R&D projects
- Monitor team performance metrics and ensure timely project delivery
- Collaborate with leadership to improve operational workflows and project efficiency
- Serve as the primary technical resource for team inquiries and client support
- Drive training initiatives and support professional development across the team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related area of study
- 5+ years R&D project management experience
- 2+ years personnel management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with client-facing consulting in tax or financial services
