Job Details

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead the design, installation, startup, and commissioning of new manufacturing and packaging equipment.
  • Set up and optimize high-speed production lines for maximum efficiency, safety, and compliance.
  • Develop and execute equipment validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
  • Troubleshoot and fine-tune equipment to ensure top-quality output.
  • Partner with Maintenance, QA, R&D, and Operations to integrate processes seamlessly.
  • Drive automation, throughput, and flexibility improvements while mentoring the engineering team.
  • Ensure full compliance with FDA regulations and prepare for regulatory audits.

You’ll Stand Out If You Have Experience With:
  • Liquid filling, powder dosing, or stick pack, gusseted bag, and canister packaging.
  • High-speed packaging and automated production lines.
  • Pasteurization systems or other heat-based microbial reduction methods (strongly preferred).
  • Personal care product manufacturing (body wash, shampoo, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or packaging.
  • Leadership experience managing teams and large-scale projects.
  • Strong automation systems knowledge; PLC/SCADA experience preferred.
  • Successful track record in commissioning and validating equipment in FDA-regulated industries (nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, or cosmetics).
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and collaboration skills.
