Our client is a leader in the energy industry and is seeking a permanent Senior Manufacturing Engineer with experience in CNC Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality standards are met, and improving efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, 6 sigma certification, and experience with AutoCAD.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for CNC machining operations
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout the manufacturing process
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues
- Create and maintain manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process flow charts
- Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including 6 sigma projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and components
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, with a focus on CNC machining
- 6 sigma certification
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus
