We are looking for a seasoned Senior Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to deliver top-notch solutions. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be at the forefront of the manufacturing industry, using your skills and experience to create and implement design solutions that meet our company's needs and standards. You will be working closely with our manufacturing team and other departments to ensure the successful execution of design projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of design projects from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks to create detailed 2D or 3D designs.
  • Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
  • Create and modify sketches, prototypes, and 3D models for products and systems.
  • Evaluate and enhance design specifications according to industry standards.
  • Oversee the entire design process, from initial draft to final product.
  • Coordinate with other engineers, management, and creative team to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies in the manufacturing industry.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in engineering design, project, product, design, or applications engineering.
  • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and Solidworks.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Exceptional skills in sketching and creating 3D prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various departments.
  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
