Job Details
Our client in Boulder, CO is looking for an experienced loan processor to join their team! The ideal candidate has mortgage loan processing experience, works well in a team environment, and can handle a steady workload. They are growing and have an immediate need for a strong processor to be a long term member of their family.
Essential Duties:
Review new loan submissions within 72 hours of receipt from the LO/LOA.
Verify all required documentation for a credit approval has been provided, analyze income, assets, and credit, anticipate any additional documentation that the underwriter will require.
Order (or work with the LOA to have ordered) VOEs, appraisal, title, etc.
Submit complete files to underwriting based on investor and AUS requirements.
Work with the LO/LOA team to obtain underwriting conditions and submit them back for a clear to close within 24 hours of receiving all of the required conditions
Submit a clean file to the closing department, ensuring that all required documents are present and the system is completely filled out.
Provide excellent customer service to all involved in each step of the process.
Qualifications:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work 40 hours per week and overtime as required.
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook applications.
Must be proficient in DU and LP
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a positive attitude.
Must be dependable, self-motivated, and require minimal supervision.
Must be proficient with all guidelines and websites necessary to complete job functions.
Must be detail oriented.
Must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Must be able to organize, prioritize, and manage time.
