Job Details
Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET development, with a strong emphasis on modern .NET frameworks and API integration.
Proven ability to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance systems, ideally in environments with complex third-party service integrations.
Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
Strong coding skills: This role is 90% hands-on, requiring daily engagement with code, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
Experience or genuine interest in mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
A proactive approach to learning new technologies, tools, and best practices in the payments and fintech space.
Ambition to step into a leadership role (Team Lead or Tech Lead) within the next 12-24 months, with a desire to influence both technical direction and team culture.
