Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Network Engineer position should possess the following:
1. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on network security.
3. Proficiency with Cisco FirePower, Cisco Umbrella, Authentication and Identity Management, TCP IP, Dynamic Routing Protocols, Firewalls, VPN, WAN, IPS, intrusion prevention, and LAN.
4. Strong understanding of network protocols, network devices, and multiple operating systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex network issues.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are highly desirable.
9. An innovative mindset and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and security threats.
