Job Details

Position: Senior Nursing Education Leader (senior to director level - DOE)
Schedule: Onsite 4 days per week, 1 day remote

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop nursing faculty, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning outcomes
Oversee program performance metrics including NCLEX pass rates, student retention, and graduation outcomes
Build and maintain strong partnerships with clinical sites and advisory boards
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and Board of Nursing regulations
Collaborate with campus leadership on budgeting, strategic planning, and academic initiatives
Serve as a visible and supportive presence for students, faculty, and the community

Who You Are

Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP required)
2+ years of full-time teaching experience in a nursing program (within the last 5 years)
3–5 years of academic or clinical leadership/management experience
2+ years of direct patient care experience as a practicing nurse
Skilled in curriculum development, accreditation processes, and faculty mentorship
Strong communicator, motivator, and collaborator with a student-centered mindset

(Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and creating positive change is a plus)
