Job Details

Job Description:
  •  Drafting initial legal documents, including Complaints, letters, discovery demands, and mediation statements.
  •  Managing Court filings and ensuring proper service in compliance with New Jersey regulations.
  •  Conducting light legal research, referencing ECF, and gathering information on Defendants and companies.
  •  Maintaining an organized calendar with a focus on deadlines.
  •  Overseeing client management, from intakes to evidence collection.
  •  Document organization in electronic folders.
  •  Preparation of necessary documents for motions, e.g., Tables of Contents and exhibits.

Required Job Qualifications:
  •  Must be fluent in Spanish.
  •  In-depth knowledge of New Jersey laws and legal procedures required.
  •  Senior Paralegal with experience in either Employment Law or Personal Injury.
  •  Proficienct in Excel.
