Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing and managing all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and quality are maintained at all times.
2. Utilizing your expertise in solid modeling to design and optimize manufacturing processes.
3. Implementing and monitoring process improvements for the production of plastic and rubber products.
4. Working closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rubber molding and injection molding processes.
5. Conducting detailed process analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions to enhance productivity and quality.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all processes are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
7. Providing technical guidance and training to junior engineers and other team members.
8. Complying with all safety and environmental regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, preferably within the rubbers or plastics manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with compression and/or injection molding.
4. Extensive knowledge of plastic and rubber products manufacturing processes.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
8. Proficiency with computer software related to process engineering and solid modeling.
9. A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
