Our client is a leading player in the electronics industry and we are looking for an experienced Senior Product Analyst to join our team. This role will be pivotal in driving our product strategy and execution, analyzing market trends and competitors, and developing innovative solutions to meet customer needs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, engineering, economics, business, and BI. They will also have exceptional skills in Power BI, Excel, SWOT, Innovator's DNA, ideation, Productboard, PIM, product data, PLM, product lifecycle, product process, and SQL. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct complex data analysis to evaluate performance, identify trends, and predict outcomes.
2. Develop financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues including evaluation of potential business opportunities, investment decisions, and cost savings initiatives.
3. Lead product lifecycle management, from conception to launch, ensuring successful deployment of new products.
4. Utilize BI and Power BI tools to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization tools.
5. Conduct SWOT analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
6. Leverage the Innovator's DNA and ideation to drive innovation and product development.
7. Manage product data using Productboard, PIM, and other relevant tools.
8. Develop and implement product processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Use SQL to manipulate and analyze data, and to create complex queries and reports.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies and achieve goals.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product analysis, financial modeling, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SWOT, Innovator's DNA, ideation, Productboard, PIM, product data, PLM, product lifecycle, product process, and SQL.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proven track record of managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and working collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong initiative and leadership skills, with the ability to drive product development and lead cross-functional teams.
9. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and its regulatory environment is a plus.
