Job Details
5+ years of product management experience within SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise software, or related technology environments
Experience leading AI-enabled, machine learning, generative AI, or workflow automation product initiatives
Proven track record bringing new products or major features from concept through launch and adoption
Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI-assisted workflows, automation tools, or emerging AI technologies
Experience working closely with software engineering, design, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle
Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes
Experience evaluating market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to guide product strategy
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience leading AI-enabled, machine learning, generative AI, or workflow automation product initiatives
