Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our product lines, with a keen focus on Business Central and Salesforce.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of product development with market needs and company goals.
3. Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through development and launch, ensuring that all products meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
5. Develop and manage effective go-to-market strategies and plans to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
6. Engage directly with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, and translate these insights into product improvements.
7. Drive continuous improvement in our product management processes and practices, leveraging the latest tools and technologies.
8. Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the product management team.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Tech Services industry.
3. Proven experience with Business Central and Salesforce is a must.
4. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project management principles.
5. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of delivering complex products to market.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
9. Strong customer focus, with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product features and improvements.
10. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to make a significant impact.
