Job Details

YOUR CONTRIBUTION:

  • Develop, manage and communicate the product roadmap for the core networking product line

  • Work with the UI/UX lead, internal stakeholders, and customers to mock up UI and workflow for new features

  • Develop financial models, product pricing and revenue projections for all new innovations

  • Build sales trainings, value propositions, and service descriptions in tandem with technical writing and engineering teams

  • Work alongside product marketing to create GTM strategies to develop leads and sales for new features

  • Interact with clients to get important feedback on new features and hone in on their true objectives

  • Work directly with clients to develop a deep understanding of what problems they are solving, and how they are using the product

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years product management or technical product management experience with cloud or networking products

  • 5 years experience in customer facing technical role (sales engineering, technical marketing, DevOps, software engineering or network engineering)

  • Experience in service provider networking environments supporting transport and transit

  • High attention to detail and planning

  • Ability to use data to organize feature sets, business cases, and drive product improvements

  • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication

  • Proficiency in modeling pricing data and sales projections using Excel

  • No fear! Question notions and beliefs on how things should be done

EXTRA POINTS:

  • Experience as a production network engineer, SRE, or NRE in a large network with variety of hybrid cloud environments and enterprise networking environments
