Job Details
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll own execution of the Satellite Network product roadmap, ensuring reliability, enterprise readiness, and seamless developer integration. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring technical depth, crisp execution, and customer empathy.
Key Responsibilities
Drive execution of the satellite network service roadmap with on-time delivery
Translate strategy into clear product specs, user stories, and cross-team deliverables
Define and track performance metrics: latency, revisit rate, payload size, reliability, power efficiency
Collaborate with engineering on API/SDK integrations and developer workflows
Shape enterprise-ready commitments including SLAs and reliability frameworks
Gather and act on customer feedback to improve network performance and features
Align stakeholders across engineering, SDK, firmware, and customer success
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of product management in connectivity, infrastructure, or developer platforms
Proven execution in technical environments (hardware + software + networks)
Familiarity with wireless networks, IoT, or satellite systems (LEO, RF fundamentals a plus)
Experience turning technical strategies into actionable roadmaps and deliverables
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to simplify complex dependencies
Customer-first mindset with enterprise-facing experience
Hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable with APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows
Candidate Must-Haves
U.S. Citizenship or Green Card (ITAR requirement)
Located in Seattle, San Francisco, or Remote (PST time zone)
