We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team within the Renewable Energy industry. This exciting opportunity will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, design, and execution of our innovative IoT SaaS product line.

- Develop and execute product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Drive product development from conceptualization through launch creating actionable plans, work streams, and tactics and execute on those in support of strategic objectives.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and influence the product direction.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Use AI Augmentation to enhance product features, improve user experience, and drive growth.
- Manage and prioritize product backlog effectively and make tough decisions when necessary.
- Monitor and measure launched products and feed learnings back into the product development process.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across all teams.
- Use analytics and data to drive decision making and validate assumptions and hypotheses with real user data.
- Define, monitor, and analyze product metrics, and make decisions using this data.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 years of product management experience with IoT or Hardware-Plus-Subscription products.
- Hands-on experience with IoT SaaS Devices or Hardware-Plus-Subscription products is a must.
- Proven experience in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of AI Augmentation and its applications in product development.
- Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management teams.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with a deep understanding of value-driven design and a customer-centric approach to product development.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Experience within Solar or Renewable Energy is a plus.
