Senior Program Manager (Manufacturing)

Based in Odessa, MO 64076, we design and build rugged, high-performance protective containers for the Military, Aviation, and Aerospace sectors. Our precision manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, welding, painting, and final assembly, ensuring mission-critical durability and reliability. In this role, you will lead program management efforts, ensuring project execution, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000

• Oversee program execution from planning to delivery, ensuring projects meet cost, quality, and timeline goals.
• Work closely with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize production workflows.
• Maintain direct communication with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and quality assurance processes aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing and program management.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in manufacturing (aerospace, defense, or industrial preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality control standards (ISO 9001:2015).
• Proficiency in budget management, risk assessment, and production scheduling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
