Senior Project Architect (Licensed Architect)

About the Opportunity
Join a nationally recognized architecture and design firm specializing in complex hospitality, gaming, mixed-use, and commercial projects. We are seeking a licensed Senior Project Architect to lead project delivery, mentor team members, and provide technical expertise throughout all phases of design and construction.

What You'll Do
  • Lead projects from schematic design through construction administration.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop innovative design solutions.
  • Oversee the production and coordination of construction documents and specifications.
  • Ensure projects meet design intent, budget, schedule, quality, and code requirements.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants.
  • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and support construction administration activities.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and business development efforts as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
  • Registered Architect (RA) license required.
  • 10+ years of architectural experience with project leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong experience with large-scale hospitality, gaming, hotel, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and construction documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, consultant coordination, and construction practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
