Our company is looking for a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our construction projects, ensuring the efficient and successful completion of each project. This individual will be responsible for managing all engineering aspects of our projects, including site grading, civil and structural engineering, stormwater management, land development, and wastewater management. The position requires a strong understanding of project engineering, planning, and surveying, with a particular focus on Civil Construction Surveying. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing all engineering-related aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion.
2. Conducting site grading and land development planning, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
3. Overseeing civil and structural engineering tasks, ensuring the safety and structural integrity of our projects.
4. Implementing stormwater and wastewater management strategies, ensuring the sustainability and environmental compliance of our projects.
5. Coordinating with project managers, architects, and other construction professionals to ensure project objectives are met.
6. Conducting Civil Construction Surveying to inform project planning and execution.
7. Providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team, ensuring best practices are followed.
8. Managing project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
9. Ensuring all project documentation is maintained and updated regularly.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Senior Project Engineer position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project engineering.
2. Proven experience in site grading, land development, civil and structural engineering, stormwater and wastewater management.
3. A strong understanding of Civil Construction Surveying.
4. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to a variety of stakeholders.
7. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
8. Professional Engineering (PE) certification is a plus.
