This individual will serve as a key partner between business leaders, IT teams, data teams, and executive stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives move forward efficiently and successfully. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses exceptional emotional intelligence, and can confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A primary focus of this role will be supporting Microsoft Copilot adoption efforts, AI enablement initiatives, and broader business transformation programs. While this is not a technical implementation role, it will be responsible for driving adoption, facilitating collaboration, gathering business use cases, measuring success, and ensuring organizational alignment throughout these initiatives.

Responsibilities
Project Leadership
- Manage multiple business transformation and technology initiatives simultaneously
- Coordinate active projects while helping prioritize future initiatives and backlog items
- Track progress, identify risks, remove roadblocks, and drive accountability
- Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder reviews
- Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives and maintain project visibility
- Bring structure and discipline to a growing portfolio of transformation initiatives
- Utilize Jira to track workstreams, action items, risks, and project progress
Executive Communication & Reporting
- Build executive-level presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and status reports
- Present project updates, risks, challenges, and recommendations to leadership
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly messaging
- Communicate effectively with executives, business leaders, and technical teams
- Create visibility into project health, adoption metrics, and business outcomes
AI & Business Transformation
- Support enterprise Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives
- Facilitate AI Success Forums and business use-case workshops
- Collect, document, and organize AI use cases across departments
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
- Monitor adoption metrics, usage trends, and engagement analytics
- Develop strategies to improve user engagement and adoption
- Support broader AI, automation, analytics, and business transformation initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with IT, Data, Analytics, Operations, and Business teams
- Support initiatives involving AI, automation, business intelligence, and enterprise technology
- Assist with data modernization and governance-related efforts
- Align business objectives with project execution
- Drive accountability across multiple stakeholders without direct authority
Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience managing enterprise technology or business transformation initiatives
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience building executive presentations and status reporting materials
- Experience working closely with IT, software development, infrastructure, analytics, or data teams
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
- Experience using Jira for project tracking and reporting
- Ability to drive accountability and influence without direct authority
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas, TX three days per week
Preferred
- Microsoft Copilot experience
- AI adoption, AI enablement, or Generative AI project experience
- Experience facilitating workshops, use-case discovery sessions, or innovation forums
- Change management and user adoption experience
- Exposure to Salesforce initiatives
