Job Details

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Contract understanding & review
  • Cost control
  • Forecasting monthly projections in procore
  • Prepare schedule of values for overall project & each subcontractor.
  • Process PCOs
  • Prepare monthly payment application
  • Develop project plans & budgetary needs
  • Manage submittal process
  • Manage owner meetings and provide COR, RFI, submittal logs
  • Complete monthly safety walks
  • Offer project recommendations
  • Work with superintendent throughout the entire project.
  • Resolve any issues in blueprints with architect.
  • Manage staff, and provide feedback, advice, project updates and encouragement to team members.

Qualifications:
  • Degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred
  • 7+ years of experience within Project Management
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills & relationship building
  • Attention to detail & organizational skills
  • Experience with Procore preferred
