Job Details
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing complex projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures that all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery meet the expected standards of quality, timeliness, and budget adherence. Acting as the central point of contact across internal teams and external partners, the Senior Project Manager drives results while managing risk and maintaining stakeholder alignment.

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Lead kick-off meetings and clearly communicate project objectives and expectations
- Allocate and manage resources (staff, budget, equipment) to support project goals
- Monitor project status, address risks, and adjust plans as necessary
- Maintain relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and design professionals
- Manage all project documentation such as contracts, schedules, budgets, and change orders
- Present project estimates to prospective clients and manage expectations
- Facilitate regular project meetings to review progress and risks
- Ensure compliance with building codes, project specifications, and quality standards
- Track performance metrics and KPIs, report on variances and milestone achievements
- Coordinate Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings and ensure thorough documentation
- Collaborate with financial teams on invoicing and vendor payments
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and decision-makers to support business growth
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Abilities:

- Ability to interpret construction documents, plans, and specifications
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Basecamp, SAGE, BuildOps)
- Familiarity with construction accounting and estimating principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
Education & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing construction projects, including 3 years in a senior or leadership capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent are preferred
