As a Senior Construction Project Manager with expertise in Interiors and Renovations, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing construction projects for Corporate Offices, Warehouses, and Industrial spaces. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
As a Senior Construction Project Manager with expertise in Interiors and Renovations, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing construction projects for Corporate Offices, Warehouses, and Industrial spaces. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Project Management: Lead all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Direct and mentor project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff.
- Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control and ensure that work meets the highest standards.
- Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety procedures and regulations on job sites.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in Interiors and Renovations, with a minimum of [X] years in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Corporate Office, Warehouse, and Industrial Construction.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
