Job Description:
As a Senior Construction Project Manager with expertise in Interiors and Renovations, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing construction projects for Corporate Offices, Warehouses, and Industrial spaces. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Project Management: Lead all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
  • Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and support staff.
  • Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Schedule Management: Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely project completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control and ensure that work meets the highest standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce safety procedures and regulations on job sites.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during construction.
