Are you a dynamic, experienced Project Manager with a passion for the world of construction, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Our firm is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in large projects, Mechanical, MEP, and Commercial construction. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your technical skills, team leadership abilities, and passion for travel into a rewarding career.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Review the work progress on a daily basis.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Manage the budget and estimate costs.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8+ years of proven working experience in construction management.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Mechanical, MEP, Stadium, or Commercial projects is a must.
  • Excellent knowledge of building and construction materials, processes, and equipment.
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to travel as required for project needs.
