Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to schedules, specifications, and budgetary constraints.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and other regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety standards are met.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, including contractors and junior staff.
Prepare and present progress reports and updates to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the commercial construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
