You’ll take charge of safety, quality, budget management, and team empowerment to ensure each project meets high standards and exceeds client expectations. From managing risks and coordinating subcontractors to fostering a strong safety-first culture and delivering on operational goals, this role is for someone who thrives on leadership and precision.

What we’re looking for:
- A degree in engineering, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of project management experience in healthcare construction.
- Expertise in LEAN, IPD, or IFOA methods in healthcare.
- Strong decision-making, financial, and team leadership skills.
