Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all aspects of industrial construction projects from the initial planning stages to final execution.
2. Coordinate and supervise the construction process, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
3. Manage the installation of machinery and tools in alignment with project plans and specifications.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and all other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and handle any arising issues.
6. Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders regarding project status, budget, and timeline.
8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the project.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the industrial construction industry.
2. Previous project experience must include semiconductor, microelectronic, or pharmaceutical projects.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial construction projects from inception to completion.
4. Exceptional leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a knack for making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
8. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
9. In-depth knowledge of safety standards and quality control procedures within the construction industry.
