As our backlog of work continues to grow, we are looking for a Project Manager with experience selling work, estimating, scheduling and local subcontractor relationships.

Job Details

Responsibilities-
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
  • Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
  • Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
  • Supervise the work of laborers, subcontractors and give them guidance when needed
  • Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues

Qualifications-
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study
  • 10 years of GC-level experience in commercial construction
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Proficient with Procore, MS Project, and other MS Office Applications
