We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Senior Project Manager to join our expanding team, specializing in the construction of luxury homes. As a key player in our organization, you will be at the forefront of managing and executing high-end, luxury residential projects. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail, and possesses a deep passion for creating dream homes. With a strong focus on delivering exceptional quality and service, we are looking for an individual who can drive our projects to completion while meeting the highest standards of craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the planning and delivery of luxury residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.
2. Leading and managing a team of project professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors to facilitate project success.
4. Identifying and managing project risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and escalating issues as necessary.
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and legal requirements.
6. Providing regular project updates to stakeholders, including progress reports, budget updates, and schedule forecasts.
7. Continuously improving project management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on luxury residential projects.
2. Proven experience in leading and managing teams to deliver high-quality construction projects.
3. Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
5. A deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
6. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
7. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred).
8. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
9. A commitment to safety, with a track record of promoting safe work practices.
10. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think on your feet and make sound decisions under pressure.
