We're a General Contractor specializing in high-end, luxury single family homes in the San Fransisco area servicing the wine country to the peninsula. We've been extremely fortunate to have grown our business 5 times the size since 2015.

Job Details
+ Must have experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager working on luxury single family homes $3M+
+ Understand, plan, and review the construction program including plan layout, equipment and manpower needs, budget, and schedule; making sure the project is completed in a timely manner.
+ Daily review of projects and compliance with plans using detailed record keeping. Maintain detailed and accessible records and follow through on all requests and commitments.
+ Maintain an organized, safe, and positive work environment.
+ Prepare weekly schedules.
+ Scheduling of inspections.
+ Approval of work-in-process requests for payment.
+ Review of subcontracts, periodic rating of subcontractors, and providing appropriate feedback to trades.
