Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager or Senior Industrial Engineer to join our team, specializing in manufacturing environments. This position requires extensive travel to various manufacturing facilities across the country to oversee and manage projects related to process optimization, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep knowledge of industrial engineering principles, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse settings.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
  • Lead, plan, execute, and oversee manufacturing improvement projects in various facilities.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure successful completion.

Process Optimization:
  • Analyze current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
