We are currently on the hunt for an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our innovative and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and delivery of complex and high-value projects. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and outstanding leadership skills. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with various teams and stakeholders, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. - Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple Millwork projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timeline, budget, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure all elements of the projects are in alignment and progressing as planned.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
- Communicate project status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and promoting the sharing of knowledge and skills.
- Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Continually assess the effectiveness of project management processes and tools, implementing improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design or Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. An advanced degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the Engineering industry.
- Proven experience in managing complex and high-value projects, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
- Expertise in coordinating with subcontractors and managing diverse teams.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
