Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multifamily construction projects from ground-up, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a permanent position with excellent career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from ground-up, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that they meet project requirements.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and other project documentation as required.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams, including mentoring and training junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in the multifamily construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ground-up construction processes and procedures.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
