As a PM or Sr. PM on our team, you will be responsible for managing the entire scope of projects from handoff throughout closeout. These are longer, complex, and client-focused projects, so strong communication skills are key.

Job Details
MUST HAVE:
NICE TO HAVE:
- BS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 3-5 (PM) or 5+ (Sr. PM) years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Knowledge of OSHA standards
- Software: Timberline, MS Project, Procore, OST, or Bluebeam
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with mixed-use, adaptive reuse, or multifamily construction projects
- Experience with hotel/hospitality projects
- Experience with high-end commercial finishes
- Experience with larger grocery, retail, or fuel/gas stations
