We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a high level leadership role, where the candidate will have a seat at the leadership table. You will be involved in company decisions, while managing a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc. on multiple projects.

We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Executive to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This is a high level leadership role, where the candidate will have a seat at the leadership table. You will be involved in company decisions, while managing a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, etc. on multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and development to execution and final delivery.
- Developing detailed project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinating and managing the project team, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standard.
- Communicating effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of project progress.
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control processes, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest possible standard.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing and coordinating teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software.
- A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
- A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work and a dedication to continuous improvement.
