We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Semiconductor and Industrial construction. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary package and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and ensure that timelines and milestones are met
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
• Ensure that all project deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations
• Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within budget constraints
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to senior management
• Maintain project documentation and ensure that all project records are accurate and up-to-date

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager in Semiconductor and Industrial construction
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
