Senior Project Manager

• Base salary range: $175K to $200K

Project:

• 500 residential units
• Eight-story building with five levels of type III wood frame construction over three levels of type I above grade, two levels below grade concrete construction, and a podium with 6,400 sq. ft. of retail space.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scheduling, contract negotiations, and ensure projects meet financial, budgetary, and forecasting objectives.
• Develop and analyze bids, pre-qualify contractors, and oversee construction progress.
• Perform onsite inspections to ensure adherence to standards, and approve contractor invoices and change orders.
• Lead projects to timely completion, manage project teams, and act as a liaison between stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Construction, with 7+ years in Multi-Family Construction Project Management and managing teams.
• Experience in podium construction and strong proficiency in project management software.
• OSHA 10-hour Certification and current First Aid & CPR training.
