Construction Senior Project Manager Opportunity (Mix-used Projects/Owners Rep)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage multifaceted construction projects, with a focus on woodframe, podium, Garden Style Apartments, and Mixed Use. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from project bidding to completion. Job Details
1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in the construction industry, with a focus on woodframe, podium, Garden Style Apartments, and Mixed Use projects.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
4. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
5. Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with experience in project bidding.
6. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
7. Proficient in project management software and other relevant technology.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
9. Strong understanding of safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards in the construction industry.
10. PMP certification is a plus.
